Great Northern Construction, Inc. was founded in 1977 by President Bob Schwartz, a Rhode Island native. Bob offers more than three decades of building expertise and, along with project manager, Dixie O'Connor, Bob brings his creative design ideas and capable project management skills to every client. The Great Northern team provides a highly efficient building process which ensures timely completion and allows our clients control over their project. Weekly job site meetings with our customers and the Great Northern team keep the projects on track and provide opportunities for open communication between all involved. In addition, we utilize highly skilled subcontractors recognized throughout the region for their exceptional work.
